2. What data we process
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we process the data you provide yourself:
- full name
- company name
- email address
- phone number (if provided)
- the content of your message and additional details about the type of support and markets you're interested in
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process your data solely to handle your enquiry, prepare a business offer, and for related communication about a possible collaboration. The legal basis for processing is your consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any subsequent business communication, for a maximum of 24 months from the last mutual communication, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (e.g. if a contract is concluded).

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be accessed by authorised employees of the controller and by technical service providers (e.g. hosting and email infrastructure), who process data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

In its basic operation, this website does not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies. If we deploy traffic-measurement tools in the future, we will inform you in advance and request consent in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect current legislation and our data processing practices. The current version is always available on this page.
